Emma graduated from Australian Catholic University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy. Emma has loved transitioning into working in hand therapy full time since 2022.
Emma initially started her career working in hospitals in Sydney in various areas including Acute Stroke Unit, Orthopaedics, Rehabilitation, Intensive Care and Aged Care. This experience has been a great asset in developing her broader knowledge before concentrating on hand therapy.
Emma is an associate member of the AHTA and is currently working towards achieving her Australian Hand Therapy Accreditation through the formal mentorship program. She enjoys working with colleagues and surgical specialists and developing her skills.
Outside of work Emma enjoys going to the gym and beach and doing long coastal walks.
