Bend the tip of thumb
Bend the middle joint
Touch thumb to tip of index finger
Touch thumb to tip of middle finger
Touch thumb to tip of ring finger
Touch thumb to tip of little finger
Bend thumb across palm to base of little finger
With hand resting on the side, spread thumb
away from palm
With palm flat, stretch thumb away from palm
Lift thumb off table
Keep thumb stiff whilst you apply pressure
from different directions
Pinch and pull apart apart
Tearing paper
Shuffling cards
Trace line of tennis ball
Chopsticks
